what you are buying

A hit on a fictional target. You are paying for participation in a public, collective joke whose only deliverable is a tombstone in the graveyard. You are not buying deletion, removal, ranking, goods, or services of any kind.

payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. The sticker price is what we receive; your local tax may be added at checkout and is disclosed there. Once a payment clears, the hits are applied immediately and permanently.

no refunds, except where the law says otherwise

Purchased hits are applied and are not refundable. If your hits clear after the target you chose is already dead, they roll forward onto the next live target instead; if none exists, the purchase is flagged for manual resolution. Nothing in these terms overrides your statutory consumer rights.

your part

You are responsible for the optional name you put on a tombstone. It must not be someone else's identity, and must not harass, defame, or impersonate. We remove such entries and can block connections that abuse the product.

the service

This site is provided as-is. It is a joke and an experiment; it may change, slow down, or disappear without notice. We are not liable for anything that follows from paying to pretend-delete cookie banners.
