what this is

Performance art. Nothing on this site is actually deleted — no website, banner, or pop-up is affected by a single dollar. What is real is the record: the graveyard documents who showed up, how hard they hit, and who landed the final blow.

how hits work

A live target has a fixed number of hits. You buy them in packs — 1 for $1, 3 for $2, 10 for $5 — never more than the target has left. Bigger packs cost less per hit. Every hit is spent instantly on the target you picked: no accounts, no stored balance, no login.

As a target approaches 100% the site says so — that urgency is the point. The visitor who lands the killing hit is recorded on the tombstone, named or anonymous. When a target reaches 100% it is buried in the graveyard forever, with its real attacker and hit counts.

no refunds, ever — hits roll forward

Once a payment clears, the hits are applied. If your hits arrive after the target you paid for is already dead, they land on whatever target is next in line instead — the too-late page says so. If there is no next target, the purchase is flagged for a human to sort out by hand. There are no refunds, except where consumer law requires one.

targets are editorial

Targets are proposed through nominations and our own shortlist, each with a pre-set hit budget. When the current target dies, the most-signalled candidate automatically takes its place — ties go to the one added first (rules are rules). We never target an individual or a real company — only behaviors, formats, and habits the internet is broadly sick of. Nominations are suggestions; the signal count decides who goes next.

handles

The name on a tombstone is optional and self-chosen. Impersonation, hate speech, or anything that turns the graveyard into a harassment surface is removed on sight — write to amantwd@gmail.com.

bots and abuse

Automated traffic is excluded from counts and purchases. Rate limits apply to free actions (nominations, signals) per connection. We take the fun seriously and the fraud lightly — but both are handled.
